About
Meet Ronald "Rubber Ron" McIntosh
Ronald "Rubber Ron" McIntosh is a Chicago roller skating legend, U.S. Army veteran, and founder of Roller Kingdom Mobile Roller Rink.
With more than 50 years of skating experience and 16 first-place championship titles, Ron earned a reputation throughout Chicago's roller-skating community for his innovative style, athletic performances, and passion for the sport. Growing up on Chicago's West Side, he developed a unique skating style that blended classic disco skating with the city's iconic JB skating movement, earning him the nickname "Rubber Ron."
After proudly serving more than 22 years in the United States Army, Ron turned his lifelong passion into a mission to bring the joy of roller skating to communities everywhere. Through Roller Kingdom Mobile Roller Rink, he delivers professional skating experience directly to schools, churches, festivals, corporate events, and private celebrations.
Today, Ron continues to inspire new generations of skaters by sharing the culture, excitement, and lifelong memories that roller skating has given him.
